What are you thoughts about Nietzsche, "God is dead" fanatic or a genius?

I think his work is taken out of context, for instance the first quote is about secularisms effect on morality no matter if religious ideology is made up or divine. He was saying that the new age has killed religion and with it morality.
“God is dead. God remains dead. And we have killed him. How shall we comfort ourselves, the murderers of all murderers? What was holiest and mightiest of all that the world has yet owned has bled to death under our knives: who will wipe this blood off us? What water is there for us to clean ourselves? What festivals of atonement, what sacred games shall we have to invent? Is not the greatness of this deed too great for us? Must we ourselves not become gods simply to appear worthy of it?”
He asked interesting questions about the nature of humanity and "progress" many see views as devoid of morality or atheist but they are much more deep than that.
Those who want to live, let them fight, and those who do not want to fight in this world of eternal struggle do not deserve to live.
Even if this were hard--that is how it is ! Assuredly, however, by far the harder fate is that which strikes the man who thinks he can overcome Nature, but in the last analysis only mocks her. Distress, misfortune, and diseases are her answer.
