Not just his brain, but from the neck down, as well, doubtless can no longer control his bladder and must wear diapers almost 24/7, take osmotic laxitives thrice weekly to prevent stool from getting brick-hard and impossible to push out, medication to lower blood pressure and prevent strokes, memory medication to ease the ongoing and unstoppable dementia, and that's just what's almost certain from badly ageing older relatives I've observed, and most were 75-80, but not the only premature ageing diseases he has, these differing between individuals, as was evident in said relatives.
