Default Why Mtdna haplogroups spread too much?

I control it FTDNA and Mtree. I look one haplogroup and one people live Saudi Arabia, other one live Denmark. Why the Mtdna haplogroups spread too much? Y-dna haplos not spread like that and many countries don't have y haplo diversity. But every country have Mtdna diversity.

Because some mtDNA Haplogroups are much older than Y DNA
H for instance has been much earlier present in Europe than haplogroup R

My R1a is actually German (but probably Polish-related anyway, due to Wends and all). The Polish is on my mother's side. Regarding N1b, It seems like it's Late Neolithic (not EEF, exactly) into Europe.

Is it possible you are thinking about Ydna N1b? Mtdna N1b itself is very S.W. Asian, and rarely, European (and in Europe peaking in the east Med)

    Nevermind.
    mtDNA is irrelevant to me

    Ethnicity is patrilinial btw.

Because of a variety of reasons but mainly patrilocality and social roles. Men used to go to war and often migrate thousands of miles for a single expedition, but they would rarely put pressure on women. On the other side females would often have no significant restriction in marriage that they could jump out of their people. And if war hasn't worked for thousands of years and love can make it happen maybe it's time to pass the torch on.

Apparently this has led to compact y-dna distributions in many different places with high frequency and to contiguous mtdna distributions that would be more widespread but with lower frequency in each place. This is also the reason why it is easier to identify language families with y-dna haplogroups but it is still not far from detectible with mtdna haplogroups as well.
