There is some fog of war and optics going on right now, but there's reason to believe a lot of these people are already detained or beyond. Everything at this point now is just making it more digestible for (to use the obnoxious term), the "normies". Military Intel is doing this as Clean-like as possible.

For this video, it could be an intentional "leak" to plant more "seeds" in people's minds...even if in a half-subconscious way. Or a lucky accident- far as this example, I'm not 100%.

At this point, I find it hard to trust anything that circulates msm or supposed other avenues because everything and everyone is suspect to me. Idk if there’s such a thing as honest news reporting anymore.
