What is exactly an "Eastern European" look?

They’re not genetically the same. Different looks here from NW-ers will be genetic. NE-ers are a genetically sound group because of that “Balto-Slavic drift” plus extra WHG, and slightly more complex Steppe ancestry. Slightly.

Add to your list uneven skin color (grey or red), too.
Man, I'm pretty controversial one, to some people I looked Western Euro, to the other I looked Eastern Euro (probably because I was not exposed to sun, enough), some people gave me some "Atlantid", other gave me either "North Pontid" or "Gorid".
The closest phenotype of myself I think is Dinarid + Atlantid + Alpine, but that is my opinion.

It's more of a cumulation of specific traits very common in the East, and the specific traits being mostly absent in the West. Even their blond haired people have a different shade than you find in the West.

Lookswise the change North to South is more "gradual", but even East Germans look different from Poles, despite admixture. The Oder is now a real anthropological border.
