I think Pontic Med + CM does the trick.

Hungary is not a stretch, but I'm trying to imagine if she could be fully German..hmm.. maybe half German and half Romanian.

She could, there are woggy Germans. Wouldn't be typical though.

she is Romanian, and it's true that this pheno is not hard to find in the country, but at the same time I think the pheno is quite common in Southern Europe in general, from East to West.
