    Neandertalet e kan prejardhjen prej homo erectusi si homo sapiens amo jen da shume heret prej paraardhseve te tone. Nuke kane Y DNA te ngjashme me homo sapiens se ata kane rrjedh prej homo heidelbergensesit. Spliti mes dy grupave te hominidve ka ndodh shume heret.

    It is unknown. But they have reconstructed 40% of their genome connecting the various bits of ancestry that come from Neanderthal admixture. I think it will be termed y-dna B not to be confused though with the B that Pygmies have. There is a haplotype linked with the X-chromosome that is present in all non-African populations named B006. It is from this research back in 2011. When it is found, it will initially be listed as A000 or something for the y-dna and L000 for the mtdna and subsequently renamed into B. Because the convention is that y-dna A and mtdna L will refer to the Human ancestral haplotypes.

    Eurasian and Amerindian populations usually have 2-4% Neanderthal admixture but this increases in 6% in Australian Aborigines. Southwestern France was also their last refugium in Europe so these two areas might be good regional guesses in order to uncover some more haplotypes as well. Of course, the Denisonan caves in Altai as well, these mountains keep being proven an extraordinary refugium.
