I don't know a technical term for it... But some people seem like they have more soft skin, and others have more rubbery-looking skin. People with more firm or rubbery skin often also have more sharp facial lines, so that for example their nasolabial folds look like sharp lines.
A blog post based on Günther's description of the East Baltid type said this (http://branibor.blogspot.com/2015/03...89a6a6f4e7454c):
The soft parts of the East Baltic face do not make it as round as in the Eastern [i.e. Alpinid] face. The skin seems tighter. [...] The folds from the wings of the nose to the corners of the mouth are very pronounced.
For example in this photo of Komi, the two boys on the right have the kind of skin that looks firm or rubbery, and their nasolabial folds also look like sharp lines:

Or in this photo of Izhorians, the girl on the right has more rubbery-looking skin. The soft tissue of her cheeks is also distributed more evenly, and her nasolabial folds look more like sharp lines, but the other girl has elliptical accumulations of soft tissue over the cheeks.
