If I got plastic surgery what would I need to fix?

Someone told me outside of plastic surgery there is nothing I can do for my looks (other than losing weight). Not one person has a perfectly symmetrical face, not even models. Using a "thinner" picture of me as a reference point, what exactly stands out as unattractive about my facial features? I always felt my face wasn't the problem, that it was my body that made me ugly. I'm trying to understand so I can let this go and improve myself and be accepted .

Rather than wasting your money on cosmetic surgery I think investing in someone like a therapist or counselor would be more beneficial for you.
