Not really, they might look tense at times depending on the external stimulus. For example if there are bright colours that they find uncomfortable or noises that they perceive as annoying, their eyes might appear concentrated/focused since those literally hurt them.

Psychiatry is a pseudo-science :

The public thinks that psychiatrists are infallible experts. Once , a person is diagnosed by a psychiatrist he cannot prove that he is not 'mentally ill' hence the psychiatrist is infallible in more than one way. Anyway, that is not scientific.

The public falsely thinks that psychiatrists diagnose people with scientific methods such as 'brain scans' but nothing could be further from the truth. The public is also under the impression that modern psychiatric medications are magic bullets for specific neuropsychiatric or neurological brain conditions but nothing could be further from the truth. Therefore , the general public is under the mass delusion to criticize the scientific credibility of psychiatry is unscientific.

Except for a few objectively identifiable brain diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease, there are neither biological or chemical tests nor biopsy or necropsy findings for verifying or falsifying DSM diagnoses. There are no brain scans tests to verify or falsify DSM diagnoses either. The brain scans that are done are not in diagnosis but in government funded 'scientific' studies where the brain scans are done on patients who are not medication naive hence the medication causes the brain abnormalities or brain damage not the 'disease'.

There is no scientific evidence that mental illness exists in objective reality. It is obviously a social construct with legal and social consequences etc...

I think that in general, we have wider set eyes. I am not Aspie, but I am HFA. Most people can tell by my eyes.
