I think an average for the country must be an Andean Colombian taking into account is where 75% of population lives.
In an intermediete point in the map between this region and caribbean/pacific region is where we should focus

Which means must be harnizo, but the average phenotype must also show a sligh trace of SSA input from that caribbean and pacific region that could influence a bit

The guys are from Guadalajara de Buga an intermediete zone between pacific ( less euro) and Paisa Region (the most euro)

In the case of Venezuela, when averaging the whole Venezuelan phenotype spectrum, the most average phenotype would be a mestizo-leaning triracial (ie: a triracial with more Euro and Amerindian than SSA mixture) like these:



In the case of Spain, I totally agree with IberianAlex. Iker Casillas and Carmen Arrufat well represent very average Spanish phenotypes, in men and women respectively.

Quizas no son los mejores ejemplos (no se si son un poco mas Europeos de la cuenta), pero desde luego que si son triraciales mestizoides, ya que la mezcla SSA es visible en ambos, en muchas otras fotos, aunque no tanto en esa.

El caso es que el/la Venezolano/a mas average seria alguien entre un 50-55% Europeo, cerca de 30% Amerindio, y entre un 15-20% SSA, y ellos no se ven muy lejos de esas marcas.
