He was a good guy, but sometimes too obsessed with wanting to look 'Western'. He should have been unapologetically Polish. Rethelism often put him back in the right attitude, though, but as a human he had his weaker moments.

His attitude is not different from that of some Flemish people who put down their own culture any chance they get. Flemish have a similar victim attitude at times, but we're getting over it. If only he knew.
