Myanmar coup: Army takes control after detaining Aung San Suu Kyi and other key government figures

Myanmar's military has taken control of the country after detaining a number of leading politicians and claiming there were "huge discrepancies" in November's election.

A state of emergency has been declared, according to military-owned TV, and power has been handed to the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, Min Aung Hlaing.

    Myanmar has fallen to China.

Myanmar's top general met with the Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi last month. They used the situation along with Aung San Suu Kyi's diminished standing globally, to seize power, again.

China wants to secure direct access to the Indian Ocean to use Myanmar and Colombo to dominate Indian ocean trade. They are playing the long game. A naval base in Sri Lanka, and a huge naval base in Myanmar that can be reinforced by land from China is a huge boost in their standing in the Indian Ocean.

It is only a matter of time before they do something similar in Pakistan to gain access to the Arabian sea, but that might not be necessary since Pakistan is already letting China build rails and have a naval buildup in the Gwadar Port.

China now has access to two oceans. Joe Biden won't do shit adverse to China’s interests. Myanmar has been the world's best kept secret for years. They are very strict about who can enter, and obtaining a basic tourist visas costs thousands of dollars. They do this to avoid ending up like Bangkok/Pattaya.

They lost all their political leverage with Myanmar, Nepal and Bangladesh, which has traditionally been seen as Indian strongholds. Myanmar is especially noteworthy, because China has been successful in diverting their border conflicts and shift groups like the Arakan Army into fucking with Indian territories.

China needs the Rakhine region. There is a deep water port near Kyaukpyu that gives them access to the Indian Ocean. They are building a high speed rail to fully utilise and militarise this port. Additionally they have a pipeline for gas and oil.

All of India's neighbours are falling under Chinese influence and military presence (Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar). The ONLY country under Indian influence is Bhutan.

All of Indian eastern territories are in danger now, Indian and Chinese troops are locked in a confrontation since the last year. Thousands of men, tanks, and air power on both sides is on standby in Ladakh area.

China is also trying to influence Thailand into building a canal across the Isthmus of Kra so they can diversify their trade routes. If the military junta that calls the shots there goes through with this, then they are extremely stupid because Chinese investment comes with strings attached. And Thailand has an Islamic insurgency that Beijing can exploit if they make trouble.

Currently India and their would-be allies field the naval advantage despite China's rapidly growing navy due to the fact the Chinese navy could somewhat easily be contained inside its regional waters due to the geography of the region. But if they were to take hold of the countries previously mentioned, and of course their ports, the balance of power in the sea would shift dramatically and even naval invasion of India would become available.

Not to mention currently China's only border with India is an entirely mountainous one and India's troops are all mountain specialists whereas the Chinese army is not by any means, so they would likely want to encircle India before mounting an attack so that they could leverage their larger army by attacking across multiple fronts.

This world needs multiple polars. Victorious globalism would finish it in a blink of eye.

    A good move.

    Remove pro-Democratic Soros' puppets and install pro-Xi Jingping / pro-Putin (anti-Navalny) ones.

Russia and China have blocked the UN Security Council resolution condemning the coup in Myanmar!

According to the Myanmar constitution, the military has the right to take matters into their own hands.

Putin is an imperfect, but the only guarantee of the existence of Russia in one piece. As far as I remember, the liberals promised to divide Russia into 100 countries with a standard of living "like in Switzerland."
Who is there from the "left"? Syomin, Platoshkin? Did any of them promise Russia's independence from the IMF, WHO and the dollar, about deprivatization, and so on? IMHO, these neo-Marxists are working for Western grants with the aim of denigrating the leftist idea and instilling aversion to socialism among the masses.
As for covid, I also believed this relatively recently, when 2 familiar people (not close) died from it in less than 10 days.
Whatever one may say, I am not an ardent propagandist of Putin, but at the moment we have no more "patriotic" power. Any "revolutionary" with a 100% probability will destroy the fragile equilibrium of our country inside and nullify all the achievements of foreign policy.
It seems to me that the government has taken a course on an evolutionary path of development, and the initiative comes from below, since the people are tired of living in the old way. Although it could have been faster.

This is only illusion. The hard truth is that "one piece" is just a colony. Proved by covid clearly.

    They are clear enemies.

    Syomin is a false flag.
Platoshkin is arrested. I haven't followed him much. Yet I don't see how he wouldn't be better than Putin who meddles with IMF, WHO and all the globalist scum.
I don't know who would be the best leader now. I watch following YT channels: Сталинград, День, Спец, Андрей Фурсов, Валентин Катасонов.

As for covid, I also believed this relatively recently, when 2 familiar people (not close) died from it in less than 10 days.
I'm sure this shit is artificial. I got it and I wish I hadn't. The fact covid is real doesn't mean it's not artificial or it's not exploited for stripping us of our rights.

Honestly, I don't see anything patriotic about him. I see his rule leading the country and it's people to death.
