Well that's an outright lie. Canada is more restrictive on civil liberties. Sodomy and a sex-change is a more important human right to the civil liberties organizations than free speech or the right to bear arms.

Oh, well maybe I was wrong. Canadians are much more friendly though and they don't all act like they have a huge chip on their shoulders. You have life better there than US anyways.

Let's suppose the state did not exist, and private security industries, contracted by insurance agencies, acted to preserve the lives and property of their clients. Would any insurance company penalise its clients for complimenting the capability of its security contractors by arming themselves? Certainly not - it would lower the probabilities of the insurance company needing to pay out its clients for failure to protect their lives and property. If anything, it would make more sense for insurance companies to offer discounted premiums to citizens who carry weapons.

The state is not motivated by a desire to protect its citizens, but by the acquisition and maintenance of power. It is only within the context of statism that 'gun control' begins to make sense. Those who advocate it have designs of their own contingent on rendering society compliant, are inherently maladjusted to that society's cultural mores and are psychologically damaged.

In conclusion, rather than gun control, I advocate that every citizen should be armed to the teeth.

The main difference between arnarchy and civilisation is that civilisation compromises some freedoms for the greater good. So you either have the freedom to own guns, or to live in a peaceful society. Whilst a few gun-toting, macho types with small brains and small penises might choose the former, most people would choose the latter.

Yes, I'm sure the Ukrainian kulaks were greatful for the privelige of living in a peaceful society, rather than being armed and capable of protecting themselves from the peace-loving, cultivated and civilised legions of the NKVD.

I'm in favor of creating a future society in which they aren't wanted or needed. That being said, I'm against gun control at the present. Considering the increasingly militarized police and their actions as of late, and the fact that far-right dumbasses stockpile guns like squirrels do with nuts, then we need equalizers.

Not to mention that Revolutionary Catalonia and the Paris Commune didn't come about by establishing Gun Free Zones.

You do realize that post you're responding to came from a fellow named Robert who called the German authorities on a German forum admin. because Robert was demoted from his highly prized moderator status and is banned here for threatening the admin by using the UK police data system or whatever it's called to find him or something like that? Just had to put this article out there. Happened today in crowded Manhattan area. This isn't the first time. A few years back a designer shot and killed his boss.Another reason why gun control doesn't work.

A Home Depot employee walked into a busy New York store and argued with his manager before shooting him dead, police have revealed.

A police source says a 31-year-old employee shot his 38-year-old male supervisor before turning the gun on himself, forcing hundreds of terrified customers to flee the store.

Witnesses told the New York Post that they heard someone scream 'F*** you' before shots rang out around 2:40pm at the location on West 23rd Street in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood.

The shooter is believed to be father-of-one Calvin 'Kirk' Esdaile, Jr from Brooklyn.

There already is gun-control; a regular citizen cannot purchase a fully automatic firearm or suppressor (without the right paperwork and taxes).
