Why aren't Arab men as fetishized as Latin men?

They are far better looking on average than most South Asian men at least. Their skin tends to have a more goldish/yellowish tone rather than the "nasty" brown associated with continental Indians. Stereotypes can be pretty bad, but they pale in comparison to Indian men from what I've seen. Nothing wrong with being hairy as that's a masculine trait is it not.

I dare say a tall and well-groomed Arab male can fare pretty well in the Western dating market. And of course, him being culturally open to the art of dating as well.

Disregarding skintone (which to me at least is irrelevant anyway), I'd say many South Asians actually have more attractive features than many Arabs (and Jews) do, such as the eyes and nose.

(1) Southern Europeans and Arabs on the whole don't look alike anyway. (2) The sexual repression and patriarchy inherent to most interpretations of Islam would put off most Western (and probably also African and Asian) women, regardless of how putatively handsome or not its practitioners were.

Which I find quite interesting, considering all the outrage about how women secretly love to be dominated and whatnot.

It could very well be that they deep down fear Muslim men because they know they can't emotionally manipulate/take advantage of them unlike Western men, who they treat like puppies and gossip about to their girlfriends.

That's mostly because of their culture. They have a "swag" fad going on (for black American men specifically) so their racial features get a pass. They are also very athletic and are traditionally associated with many "masculine" traits so hence I can see the appeal of them to certain Western women.

Both come from Mediterranean cultures, both have that swarthier look that women tend to be into, yet Arab men continue to be seen as disgusting and nasty while Southern European men are seen as sexy and exotic. What gives?
