ETA officially dissolved in 2018, you asked if there is such a thing as Basque and Catalan nationalism and well yes, there is. ETA has been bombing Spanish Authorities and assassinating high-ranking officials for more than 45 years.

No doubt, but I live in a region where the density of Whites is higher than that of the rest of Brazil, so I usually see more White faces whereas French people bump into Arabs, Africans, and Mestizos on a daily basis.
