It is my opinion that classification should be ONLY ABOUT PHENOTYPES, zero about genothypes/where someone is from

Impossible distinction, since genotype largely (or entirely) determines phenotype, ignores the difference between pseudo-phenotypes and stabilized phenotypes, and damages the utility of phenotypes when it comes to predicting the appearance of one's descendants.

At Physical Anthropology Wiki, the most up-to-date encyclopedia on worldwide phenotypes, there are only 2 that are defined as being irrelevant to ethnicity: Corded Nordid and Danubian Nordid.

Thats however BS if Danubian Nordid is based on Linea Pottery Culture, Globular Amphora- those people were genetically and craniometrically very Med (atlanto Med/ Gracile Med) certainly not some brachy potato nose, gracile type that is common Central- East Europe
