What is the most dangerous Balkan country?

Statstically it's Albania and Montenegro, but in general most Balkan countries including Albania are safe, it's just poor and under-developed.

In most cases probably what you say is true and I know not all people are like that but still I think it's worth noting, especially if one intends to stay there for a longer period. When I was a student in university years ago a lecturer of mine who had visited the state told me that Ghegs can even see refusing an invitation to be their guest as very offensive. Good with their friends and terrible as enemies is what he described them as - I can understand that to a certain degree but not in all cases.

in kosovo in the year 1990 we had the so called falja e gjaqeve, wich means the forgiving of blood it was a massive reconciliation of clans and families, like 90% of blood feuds in whole kosovo were forgiven, some people speculate that they knew about the upcoming war and were preparing...

There is no dangerous country ,we are all under control by someone, if we are not under control we all can became dangerous.. Better to be under supervision....
