How do you message someone?

I want to text someone and ask them a question. Does TA have a DMing feature? If there is such a setting, how do I use it?

I think some profiles require you to add the person before contacting them. After doing that, you will see a 'send private message' option on their profile. That's it.

You need certain amount of posts to do you that, I think it's 10 or 20+ I'm not sure.
