Classify/Pass Portuguese CEO Pedro Norton (Northern Shifted Pigmented?)

Surnames like Norton or Bettencourt are old in Portugal, not really viewed as foreign, and not indicative of recent foreign ancestry (except in exceptional cases).
He's average pigmented for Portugal with a bit of a tan, but facial features wise the idea I have is that if he was light pigmented he'd look very Northern. What do you think? The way he's pigmented, I can still see him passing as a dark German for instance.

He looks normal Portuguese alright, I might classify him as a Atlanto-Med/Paleo Atlantid intermediate; more than once have different people said not so jockingly that some Northern types would just be like depigmented meds, so the Northern shift I see in his facial features might not be that much compared to an average Portuguese, but would be enough for him to look very Northern if he was light pigmented imo.

A famous Portuguese Norton, there is a big neighbourhood in my city named after him, and various streets and avenues throughout the country as well.

However, I was talking more about Bettencourt than Norton when I said it was generally not viewed as recent foreign, but still; I suppose this perception regarding Bettencourt is more widespread (with particular association with the Azores), while Norton might be more variable. Does look normal Portuguese as you claim. He's also rather dark featured, but you said he has a bit of a tan. Maybe he likes the tan look so he maintains it year round.
