I'm sort of changing my mind and siding with the woman, actually, I considered the negatives of previous rushed viruses versus the benefit to the individual and I think she should be allowed to decline the virus without losing her job, but I can still see why the place did it.

Worker's rights matter, if the person's behaviour affects their workplace, they can be fired. If not, they can't. In this case, hospitality is a relevant sector.

The worker's rights have limits, of course if their behaviour affects their work directly and they have no good excuse, they can be fired. 'Being gay' is not sufficient cause.

As you know respiratory viruses mutate quite often. Every year (winter) there is a new mutation. Are they gonna vaccine us again the next year and so on until they find the cure (that can be used on several mutations and the one you can get in the hospital and be well in no time)?

Viruses also try to adapt to their host and their immune system, by becoming less harmful they increase their chance of spreading. 2 or 3 years from now, Covid won't bring any more complications with it than the flu.

coworkers (and customers if is showing/telling people around) but
also makes a bad publicity to the company in which he works - not
saying even, that guy who is paying has the right to choose whom

By this logic, in the West, where most people are pro-gay, anyone who even privately holds homophobic (anti-gay) beliefs should be fired, because it's bad publicity, and of course, the employer has the right to fire who he wants.

Same for the woman with the vaccine.
