It has more to do with definition of "rape" in Sweden, what is considered a more direct approach to women in Balkans would probably earn you a rape charge in Sweden.

Don't be naive, swedish women are some of the most sexually liberal in the World, that goes on since the 60's and they are reputed swingers, orgy participants and sexual tourists, don't talk like they are some pudic, virginal maidens Lol...still remember a story in the 1980's, when Aids started to hit strong, a plane full of swedish women landed at a Greek island on wich the local kamakis were refusing promiscuous tourist sluts because they were afraid of this new disease, when they got out of the plane they had signs written " please Greek men, have sex with us, we don't have AIDS!". Sexually liberal and making rape charges are not mutually exclusive. As far as I know, porn stars hopped on the MeToo bandwagon.

They only file rape charges against you if they think you are an unattractive (and thus a creepy perv) and/or a rich dude.

Hey, I am not the one making excuses to devaluate rape accusations, I believe it's a serious issue. Perhaps I am more feminist that you guys all together. If it was my daughter I would kill the abusers, period. The point is, swedish parents probably know their daughters were raised to become sluts and their behaviour can lead to these kind of situations...still there's absolutely no excuse for rape, it is subhuman behaviour.
