As you can see the tallest people are in parts of Herzegovina with Med, modified Med and Subalpine-Med climate. Herzegovinians are the tallest Europeans. On the other had other southern Europeans, especially those who live in Med types of climate are quite shorter.

Herzegovina is mostly karst, and maybe soil is connected with tallness.

Herzegovina also has high concentration of y dna I2a-Din.

Dutch people live in different climate and soil than Herzevinians and they are not so rich in I haplogroup, but still after Herzegovinians they are tallest Europeans (males) on average.
