Not saying that non-European immigration is totally controlled either - only that it hasn't been as poorly-controlled as has European immgration. And you are making precisely the very mistake I infer by implying that all intra-European immigration is OK regardless of the sheer numbers, language ability, qualifications, behaviour etc. of the immigrants. Also, while it is true that around 15-20% of the UK population is non-white, at least half of South Asians and 60% of Blacks are second or even third generation. It is not like they arrived en masse just yesterday. Lastly, while I agree that South Asians are certainly hard to integrate for all sorts of reasons, Afro-Caribbeans on the other hand usually speak English, are Christian or atheist and have a culture that in many ways was created by the British in the first place.
