Portugal is it you? The tropical version of Porto? Rio was once called the largest portuguese city in the world and imo still is. The city received many consecutive portuguese-galician waves along the time being the Colonial capital, the Empirial capital and finally the last Republican Capital, the last one in 1960 even portugueses expelled from Africas made Rio their new homeland. But 1960 was 60 years ago, many things have changed and the diaspora developed its own strong culture based on Portugal culture, but still different. The foods are not more the same, the language diverged, white brazilians mostly smile to pictures, in my impression the male diaspora is taller and female diaspora have bigger butts. Is it true or just my mind? Do portugueses think their women have big butts the same as these white brazilian women?

I dont know either, but its probably something related with class/money, but the beach is open and all rich areas of Rio have favelas side by side(I remembered Barra da Tijuca in the west zone is an exception, only kilometers of rich and upper middle class, but the last video seems to be South Zone and not Tijuca). So I dont know exactly how such concentration of whites was made haha
