Orthotropic principles are sound, but PSL’s co-opting of such a movement has tarnished both its reputation and credibility (if there was any to be had in the first place).

The main theory of Orthotropics involves an individual expressing his or her’s ‘genetic’ jaw-growth potential, and has little relationship to the improvement of one’s body — bar postural correction / improvement, which is supposed to occur in tandem with all other principles.

Mike Mew does not have an ‘un-masculine’ face — the development of dimorphic features, by the way, is unrelated to Orthotropic doctrine, which, again, focuses purely on jaw growth through the practice of techniques which are supposed to be implemented from birth.

Finally: Yes, Mike Mew is neither threatening or large. Frame is primarily genetic, as you’ve previously stated, and we all know that skeletal structure provides the basis for frame. Not everyone has the ‘genetics’ to look like you, and that’s fine.
