Christians: How Do You Conciliate The Evolution Theory To Your Faith?

If you also believe the evolution theory, as there are many evidences, how do you conciliate it which your Christian belief?
Do you think the anunnaki genetic intervention in the evolutionl could be real? Some Sumerians texts are very similar to Genesis and they were written earlier.

Sorry if my thoughts arent very articulate on this matter. I have been thinking a lot about this lately and despite being Christian I do believe that earth is older than 6,000 years old. I have to work through this and talk to others and get insight on the matter as I know I'm not alone in this.

Evolution is a fabrication so it adds no cognitive dissonance to my faith journey.
