Depends, if it were in a country with lots of non-whites and would restrict their voting base, possibly yes, if it's in a homogenous white country, no. I would rather restrict based on age and tax contribution/welfare dependency.

I'm not fond of a voting system government. However, if we had no other option, the requirements should be:
• 102 IQ (two points above the average due to the score deviation caused by errors during some mathematical processes);
• Owning lands within the country (this requirement would prevent recent immigrants from voting as well as naive young people);
• Being a productive member of society (that is, contributing to the system more than depending on it. In this case, people who are on welfare would not be allowed to vote).

These are only my requirements, though. To have a decent voting system with coherent requirements, the smartest members of society ought to be selected to engage in conversations and perform studies to reach the perfect system.

I have been suggesting this to be applied for driver's licenses for years. IQ checks the ability for quick and logical thinking and this is the most important qualities for a driver.

- others proven to have sold their vote before
- people who've been living abroad for more than 10 years without ever coming back here in the meantime

Not as such, but there should be a politics and history test that people must take before they are granted the right to vote, to show they are actually informed and interested as voters.

A resounding yes, plus some property ownership minimums and/or being employed, like it was in the early republic here.

YES, and not having any criminal record, and being a responsible person with a record of having longstanding stable jobs, or (if you are 18 or older, but you are still too young for having a stable job record, but you are studying) demonstrate to have good to excellent student record.
