Baloch is roughly the same thing as Gedrosia. His Mediterranean is super low for a European.

Minor south Asian admix on gedmatch is very common to score for various Uralic ethnicities. Must be something ancient. It's mostly but not fully west Eurasian component.
As for phenotype, he looks East Baltid and quite common north European.
