H. Nezhinskaya street
This street is far from Primorsky boulevard , Catherine 's square and other oldest ares.
But this one is very old enough too.
It was call "Nemeckaya street" (German street) during 1820-1826 years.
And it is called "Nezhinskaya street" since 1826. It had been named in this way because here were settled Greeks (merchants, artisans etc.) from Nezhin.
99% of building here are historical. And if we are including "Stalinkas" as historical, then it is 100% historical zone.
And this street is totally cobbled...
If you have watched Nikita Mikhalkov's "Sunstroke" (2014) , then you have seen this street, because many (if not majority) scenes were filmed here..
Bad note : some buildings are almost ruines. And even yeasterday (28.02.2021) Sretenskaya 's house (NorthWest) has been partially fallen
Overall, I would cut it as inequal parts.
Part 1 = 25% of length = NorthWest part between Olgievskaya street and Torgovaya street = very poor and ruined territory
Part 2 = 75% of length = SouthEast part between Torgovaya street and Tiraspolskaya square = wealthy and bright territory
Following the slim red line from the NorthWest to SouthEast...
1. Corner of Nezhinsaya street L Olgievskaya street.
Nezhisnkaya starts here.
Gradovsky house ( 1901 ) is only one interesting (and not too poor) builiding in the NorthWest part of Nezhinskaya street.
It's quite monumental and it's the landmark of the transportation hub (connecting Center, Moldavanka and Slobodka) that was important during the late XIXth - early XXth centuries.
2. Lorenz 's house (middle of XIXth century).
It is situated between Torgovaya and Dvoryanskaya streets.
Classicism style house with the yellow brick facade
This architectural monument isn't too special comparing to many other buildings,
but I like this one quite too much.
3. Scherbakov 's house ( 1890 year )
It stays strictly opposite to the Lorenz 's house.
It was built by Vlodek = architect who built the greatest Falz-Fein 's "House with atlases".
Another his masterpiece of Historicism style.
4. Perspective of the Nezhinskaya street
* nothing to add
5. Combination of emerald and cream colours
Left one = Stephanov 's mansion ( 1909 year ) = bright example of Jugendstil
Right one = Marovsky 's house ( 1891 year ) = cute example of Historicism, but without monument's legal status
6. Perspective of the SouthWest half of Nezhinskaya street
Building on the left = Ermoshkin 's house ( 1875 year + 1891 reconstruction )
Great combination of Historicism and Jugendstil

7. View of Dvoryanskaya street and famous Saint Paul Church in the end
View from the Corner of the Nezhinskaya street L Dvoryanskaya street
8. Kuner 's house ( 1903 year )
Great example of the Art Nouveau/Jugendstil style
Nothing to add.
9. Yavorovskaya house ( 1911 )
Even greater example of Art Nouveau/Jugendstil style
10. Kosagovskaya 'ы house ( 1911 )
One more great Art Nouveau/Jugendstil monument in the end of Nezhinskaya street
