Exactly. Quite a few Italians and Southern Europeans have phenotypes like this. Your brother is another example I guess. Lorenzo Insigne and Davide Greco as well. It seems people aren't good at guessing South Europe phenotypes sometimes.

Insigne does look fully Italian. Op has clearly some strong West Asian affinity which brings him close to that "North Indid" even though i dont think he is that phenotype
