The myth of being redheads is probably fairy tales from the romantic era of the XIX century writers. Obviously there could be a minority of redheads, and probably in other places the celts could look different since they could probably were a multitude of different groups or tribes.

Celts were a diverse people, not uniform at all. The northern Kelts had higher incidences of red hair, it is not a myth!!! To this day Ireland, Scotland and Wales have the highest frequency of red hair in the world. Brittany in France has the highest frequency of red - haired, freckled people in that country. I am sure that Asturias is one of the most red-headed areas in Spain. So it’s not a myth!!!

I think british islanders already had high red hair frequency before being celticized, unless we are to believe celts were a R1b-L21, red-haired people who relocated from central Europe to the british isles.

As for celts not being much in Iberia, or not being at all, the frequency of ancient place names is very clear:

Not just light skin! Germanic , Slavic people also have light skin. Brown hair + pale / very fair skin which easily burns and freckles.

The girl with glasses and the very dark woman with yellow shirt on the top from right to left are non European, and thus are NO WAY ethnic Spaniards.

Many Spanish have appearance that stems from other countries, it can be tricky to tell who is really Spanish, in my mums family i bet you all of them can pass in at least 7 different countries though the grandad had a more generally Spanish look, spain and Portugal probably 80% overlap, Iberia and Morocco, 30% overlap Rif region only, France 30% overlap, Italy 40% overlap, Italy and France 40% overlap, Britain 10% overlap.

30% overlap with Morocco (even if you only mean Rif region) is very laughable

And only 10% overlap with Britain would be right if we assumed that British Islanders were supposed to be all super ghostly pale and squarish/Nordic types like Tronder and the likes.

That's right, all of northern Italy has more darker types that you don't really get in Austria or France, i think the Celt impacts in Spain were very small, there is a reason i think why you have a lot of Keltic Nordids in Celtic Britain and in the Benelux and France but not in Spain.

Do people actually think the keltic nordid phenotype is synonymous with "celt"? Celts were of various tribes, some insular into great britian, others continental from Germany to Iberia, probably many different phenotypes, brown hair, even black hair, brown eyes, blue eyes, blonde hair, red hair. These generalizations are pretty cringe to hear with regards to the ancient Celts.
