    Did Celts really make a big impact apart from language? Portugal was supposed to be a very Celtic area but when i went i was a bit disappointed at how brunet a lot of it is as i always thought it would be more like the south of France, especially as i have known some lighter Portuguese in London.

    It's always a shame when tourists get disappointed for not finding enough Celts.

    But was that during the 1 month subway ride in Lisbon or during your travels by donkey in Alentejo?

    Pretty much both though i did find Alentejo a bit darker in general though maybe one sees things differently when on a donkey?

    SW France people is very light, but Spanish that live in the Pyrenees are quite dark.
