    México from Guadalajara and the whole Bajio Region, but not the people of the capital and even less "fresas" and "nacos" from there.
    Ghetto people and posh people in the other hand don't talk clear.
    But I agree, in Guadalajara, Lima and Bogotá I think are the most clear varieties of spanish languages.
    In Quito, La Paz and Ciudad de Guatemala people speak clear too, but not as the first cases.

    My Brother works thereh, Buenos Aires is great. People there usualy rent apartments. I liked so much.
    I'm going to live in Italy in my cousin's house permanently, but before I'm improving my Italian.
