True- i ve noticed it too. French or German use little make up- excluding the lower classes perhabs. I dont know why Brits and Scandos like to over do it at times.

Looks French but the photo looks doctored too like it is not the original photo. For instance, her skin color seems somewhat darker than the British it seems to me.

Continental women including Spanish and Italian women? I'm told they use a lot of makeup! I have heard that French women do tend to prefer the natural look.
