not exactly. you can find all types of people in most region of turkey. it's not strange to see a blonde eastern anatolian or a swarthy western anatolian. but except for the central south anatolia and southeast region (kurds more in the southeast and they have some oriental influence imo, oriental influence not exist in other regions) people generally have lighter complexion. (in west and central)

I don’t know anyone on this world who is racist to his own people. This guy can pass as a regular Turk but he is not blond with glossy white skin so for TA-Turks he can’t be typical. TA-Turls are like an Afroamerican who tries to convince average Afroamericans in USA look like Michael Jackson.

i have many central and southern anatolian friends and many of them not look like this guy. yeah he can pass but if i guessed i'd think he's from southeast.
