Having been in both countries both people look as Eastern European as it gets, very little Western European influence I seen in either countries regards to phenotypes. Genetic tests also confirm how very little Celtic/Germanic input both Poland and Russia have. Maybe Polish people are slightly more Western looking, but both nations are more similar than they are different, Baltic and Neo-Danubian types being the dominant.

I think Neo-Danubian is vastly overrated for Poland compared to Russia.
Here you have a thread with Poles from my region, imho they are not very different looking than Poles in general are. One has to be quite biased to tell that Neo-Danubian is dominant here.
