Russians excluding VUR's and some other minorities. Most Poles have a special Polish look. My explanation for the Russian more western look is the migration of western merchants and officers after the accession of Catherine the Great. But I don't exaxtly know tge looks of rural Russians.

I haven't made a study on this, it's simply my experience. From what I've seen a group of 10 soccer players on avarage look different than a group of 10 random individuals from the same ethnicity. A group of strongmen, a group of scientists etc will also look different.

Low body fat, muscular, high testosterone, more robust.
Certain phenotypes are more common among athletes than average people.
