They should be fingerprinted or their blood taken and put in a database so if they are deported in the future they will never be allowed into Europe.

Anyway the whole asylum thing needs a complete overhaul.

Deporting them is technically letting them go. And I don't think that them not being allowed into Europe would physically stop them from getting there anyway. Just keep them in jail.

An overhaul should be a simple cessation. That they are savages who can't do any better is not of our concern.

I'm sure they will be put in jail if found guilty and then deported when their prison term is up. I think all asylum claims should be made off-shore so the EU should negotiate with some North African country to have a centre there and any people coming to Europe by sea should be discouraged by saying they won't accept asylum claims by people arriving by boat. This will most probably never be agreed to by the EU though.

I just hope Spain won't rely on the country of their origin to carry out their sentencing and put them in a Spanish prison. As for the asylum system, that may sound good in theory, but it would be extremely hard to implement, even if there was an agreement on EU's side if you'd want to be really thorough. And if not, well, why bother anyway, the results are gonna be pretty much the same in that case. Those centres would be flooded by applications instantly. There we run into a problem - either make an aparate impossible to manage or barely change it. Yeah, it might serve the greater goal I guess - the application process would be so slow that it would basically be an equivalent of denying the asylum outright. All the legal mumbo jumbo aside, that should have been the go-to option in the first place. We're not obliged to clean someone's mess at any circumstances, let alone if it means things like this are going happen because of that.
