Workout routine is being isolated in a jail cell and doing pushups. LOL. I myself need to refine my workouts bc our gym has been closed for a while bc of covid outbreaks... it's very annoying. I haven't really been eating enough either... so I'm becoming skinny again. I'll figure my own schedule out when I'm out of this isolation on Sunday.

I gained 23 lbs over 4 months during quarantine simply eating take out from grub hub, door dash, etc. I finally got most of it off. Very disappointing set back.

Looks good, man. Just have to learn how to practice moderation, also you don't need a gym membership to stay fit, just do some calisthenics in your living room and go for runs!

I can eat like 5 of these in one meal and I won't gain weight at all.
