Estonians are way too Northern looking to be on the list.
Maybe Latvians?
Among them there are plenty who pass in Iberia easily.
This Latvian woman looks Iberian. I can't imagine her as Estonian.

Define Western looks, cause I don't think there is same phenotype for average Irish, Portuguese and Norwegian people for example
