Can people of the same ethnicity be in different genetic clusters?
If you ask me, I would say yes. At least for my own ethnicity, upbringing is more important than having similar DNA.

People of the same ethnic origin tend to be genetically close to each other than a people of any other ethnicity. Therefore all I can say is, ethnicity is not solely a result of upbringing.

Turkish population is made of many different genetic cluster: Anatolian Turks, Balkan Turks, Bosniak Turks, Circassian Turks, Kurdish Turks, Arabian Turks, Albanian Turks etc.

Sure I guess. If we were to say my ethnicity is white/Anglo American for example, that group can theoretically include people from all over Europe and the world now.

Are they considered as a single ethnicity, or Maghreb is just the northern region of North Africa which consists of several different ethnic groups?
