    Counting Marinilla and its East Antioquian diaspora would around 600.000 people (Only counting Antioquia).

    If you count others areas influenced by Marinillos like Risaralda, Caldas (Salamina, Aranzazu, Manizales...) and some small villages of Quindio and Tolima you get around 1.8-2 million people

    That's practically the size of a smallish Euro nation (f.ex. Estonia).

    Over here we practically do so from 80,000 people, which is what was left here after the French/Haitian revolutionary wars.

    Asi es. Puedes ver como ya otros europeos exploradores hablaban de ello en el siglo XIX, sobre "la blancura de sus pobladores", en el segundo post.
    Puse todas las fotos antiguas que encontre por facebook ahora pondre un par de imágenes modernas.

    Fijate tambien como es poca la diversidad de apellidos. Todo el pueblo y su influencia surgió producto de un masivo inbreeding y de varios hijos por familia, durante siglos.

    Esto hoy en dia ha cambiado mucho debido a influencias migratorias de otros lugares.

    En las fotos viejas repintadas donde estan las familias se ven bien euros. Si me dicen que es un grupo de andaluces lo creo (con todo y que se cuelen algunos mestizos).

    La familia de 1926 y la otra familia Ramirez Villegas se ven bien mestizas

    Luego hay otras como la Zuluaga Tello o la ultima que se ven fully euro
