    Default What are some of the saddest songs you know?

    I never heard this song but it came out when I was young. I don't remember it but discovered it a few years ago. It's very moving and sad .

    This Spanish pop singer, in the early 90s composed and interpreted this song, based on a true story when one of his school friends, on a weekend, was driving a motorcycle while riding his girlfriend, and had a deadly accident in which he was hurt and hospitalized, but he survived, but his girlfriend died in the accident. The music theme is named "Se le apago la luz" which in English means "the light went out (to her)". In the lyrics he reflects what he thinks his friend must have felt at the moment of the accident, when he lost his girlfriend:
