Yes, If I see they are in need I do. But not always. If it looks like they are begging to buy alcohol and cigarettes I won't give them anything.
In my city homeless people are selling their monthly magazine and by that they earn some money, I buy the magazine when I get the chance.

I don't feel disgust and can empathise with their situation, however, we mostly live in welfare states where begging is not necessary.

I sometimes give to street musicians, but to beggars very rare.

It depends. If they aren't nagging me, then sometimes I do. But usually I avoid them, because many of them are scammers.

No, because they are mostly arab some are gypsy. It is their way of life. They havent lost their job or crippled or not something bad ever happened to them. They also make their bastards hold your pants and lure you away. I will not feed their habit. I better drink one beer more.
