Considering that British Bell Beakers and Celts (were they one and the same?) were close to Germanics and most of Iron Age southern Europe was similar to Paleo-Balkanites, this model should be accurate even for many Europeans outside of the Balkans. Perhaps even for Anatolian Turks and some Levantines.
