Can Zidane father, Ismail pass in Northern Europe?

I have always made me this question since his father is lighter and even less North African looking than Zizou.
Here is the man, he has extremely reddish skin, very uncommon outside Europe.
So what do you think can he pass in Northern/Central Europe or not?
In my opinion he is very light and doesn't have that North African look, example: Taarabt/Benzema look.

There are many men in kabylia who look like this very not uncommon in his region. They are the lightest population MENA region and i am being very reasonable in that claim

Well there is something European in their looks obviously, but in general they look like some Middle Eastern- European mixes to me. His dad looks like he could pass in Central-Eastern Europe if not Balkan or Caucasus. Some Finns, Balts and Russians could also have similar looks, but again he is old in those photos and if i had to guess then he fits Balkan and Turkey better IMO (regardless of whether there seems to be something North Western European in his appearance).
