Find some hobby like studying something you like, watching movies/TV series, video-games, cooking, etc.

Staying the entire day in a forum like this and keeping that sort of thought won't help you in any means.

Agree with Kivan find something that completes you, not talking about a partner but a passion like sport or something similar. Partner can leave you but your hobby doesn't.

You know, I like you, but you make some strange threads sometimes. Follow Kivan's advice, try to find a hobby, something to keep your mind busy.

I would suggest some kind of physical activity (if possible, Covid limits the options a bit), it's good for your mind and health, your body will need more rest as well. Cooking (something I'm terrible at) can be an interesting alternative too. Stay away from certain segments of the internet, especially chans.

Yep, I think it is quit common when you don't work or study. I ride my bike to compensate the boredom sometimes.
