I do think that the converso input in Monterrey and Mexico in general is overrated by some folks. The ones that actually have Sephradic ancestry score 1% to 2% or less Jewish on avg.

Hasien has posted Mexican-Americans with roots from Northeast Mexico .With last names of Garza,Falcon,Cantu,Trevino,Chapa,Cavazos etc and they were scoring 13-17% Jewish, Different genetic companies that were not 23andme . The average Jew only scores 15-20% Ashkenazi Jewish on 23andme.
