I find Europeans' adoption of this phenomenon completely mind-boggling. Why should the French not be privileged in France? How did these people fall for this hogwash? I really don't get it. I guess human beings are truly just stupid.

It isn't an entirely wrong or silly concept: there is evidence that non-whites in France (and many other parts of Europe), regardless if they are 1st, 2nd or 3rd generation get less favourable treatment when it comes to employment, housing, the police etc.

No, they do get more prime treatment, especially in welfare and housing.

Every businessman hires primarly based on qualification and skillset, otherwise he would generate less/no profit. As much you like to victimize groups to display yourself as saviour, 9/10 would hire a black female with a better resume,education and skillset over a native guy with a worse qualification.

The reason why the groups you try to victimize or give an excuse for, are statistically less educated and qualified. this reflects in their social status and wealth.

Id argue our societies are waaaay to inclusive and prevent to base everything around qualification/capability.

Yes and no. In the UK's case, Chinese and Indians actually achieve better results at school than Whites do, but their unemployment rates are still usually higher.
